He is an accomplished guitar technician with over 30 years of experience in the repair, modification, restoration, and construction of both vintage and new guitars. Soest works closely with Fender Guitars So Cal Service Center and is a consultant with Fenders Custom Shop and Artist Endorsement Programs. Steve has a distinguished client list including many of the worlds greatest guitarists: Brian Setzer, David Hidalgo, Dave Mason, Van Halen, The Rolling Stones, and Stevie Ray Vaughn. When not in the repair shop, you can catch Steve playing gigs around the LA/OC area with the band Superlark.
